Julie A. O’Halloran
Ms. O’Halloran is an experienced family law attorney who guides clients through the complexities of dissolution. Her practice includes divorce, custody, child support, property division, paternity and negotiation of prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements. For more than 32 years, she has helped clients navigate through the challenges of family law disputes with meaningful and constructive direction. In addition, her practice includes extensive mediation services.
Ms. O’Halloran serves as a Board Member of the Family Law Section of the Wyoming Bar Association. She has a history of holding leadership positions in family law organizations, including serving as past Chair of the Wisconsin Divorce Cooperation Institute, past President of the Wisconsin Society of Family Lawyers, and a member of the Board of Directors of the State Bar of Wisconsin Dispute Resolution Section. In addition, she is a frequent speaker and guest lecturer at seminars throughout the country.
She is also active within the Jackson, Wyoming community serving on the Board of the Community Foundation of Jackson Hole, the Board of Trustees for Friends of Pathways, and an Advisory Board member for Becoming Jackson Whole.
Over the years, Ms. O’Halloran has been selected for inclusion in the Best Lawyers in America and Outstanding Lawyers in America in the area of family law. She was selected as a Wisconsin Super Lawyer for ten consecutive years, and has been selected as a Mountain State Super Lawyer each year since 2016, and she is on the list of America’s Top 100 Attorneys. She has also been peer reviewed as AV Preeminent in the Martindale Hubbell peer review rating system.
Originally from Wisconsin, Ms. O’Halloran and her family enjoyed the vast resources of Jackson Hole for many years before making the community her full time home in 2015. She and her husband are avid hikers, cyclists and skiers and they feel privileged to enjoy all of the treasures that exist throughout the community.
