Sarah Shervin
Paralegal
Sarah Shervin has been a Paralegal with the firm since 2015. She is a Jackson local raised in the valley, but spent time away attending Portland State University and stationed all over the country in the US Navy. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Portland State University and a Paralegal Certificate from the University of Arizona. She now spends her free time skiing, biking, hiking, and camping with her husband Mitch and their dogs.
Gardner Heaton
Relationship Manager
Gardner Heaton has been a Relationship Manager with the firm since 2022. Prior to that he worked as a management consultant for 20 years. Gardner has a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University and attended The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University for a Master of International Law. He spends his free time skiing, rafting, and hiking with his wife, Michelle, and three kids.
Anna Bagley
Legal Administrative Assistant
Anna Bagley has been a Legal Administrative Assistant with the firm since September 2023. She is originally from Charlottesville, Virginia. She moved out west in 2011, where she attended Montana State University and has been in the Rockies since. Anna spends her free time skiing, trail running, fly fishing and enjoying the mountains with her dogs.
Elizabeth Alva Rosa
Accounting Manager
Elizabeth Alva Rosa has been with the firm since July 2015. Liz is originally from Montreal, Canada where she attended Concordia University. Liz has lived in the area since 1993 and likes to spend her free time enjoying the great outdoors with her husband and two children.
Gail Wells
Reception Front Desk
Gail Wells was born and raised in the rolling lush hills of Pennsylvania. After graduating from high school in Jamestown, NY, Gail attended a liberal arts college in Pasadena, CA, followed by a year at Jamestown Business College in Jamestown, NY and graduating as an Executive Secretary. Gail moved to Jackson from Erie, PA in 2015. In her free time she enjoys Grant Teton National Park and the great outdoors observing and appreciating all the bountiful wildlife, reading, studying, and taking long walks.
Mia DiScipio
Paralegal
Mia DiScipio has been a Paralegal with the firm since April 2024. She was born and raised in Easton, Connecticut and earned her Bachelor of Arts in English and
Professional Writing from Southern Connecticut State University. During undergrad, she studied abroad twice with Semester at Sea, which sparked her love for intercultural education. Mia received her paralegal certificate in 2023 from Boston University. In her free time, she enjoys trail running, wildlife photography, and floating the Snake River.
