Melissa was born and raised in Queens, New York. After graduating from Cornell University with her undergraduate degree, she worked in management consulting and tech. Melissa then attended Cornell Law School, where she served as Publishing Editor of Cornell Law Review and graduated cum laude. Her practice includes estate & tax planning, business planning, and trust & estate administration.

In her free time, she and her significant other cook, hike, camp, fish, and take full advantage of Jackson’s outdoor playground.
